We are a new Hague-based student consultancy dedicated to empowering non-profits and socially conscious organisations. We connect motivated, skilled and compassionate Leiden University students to social enterprises operating well below their potential due to limited resources or capacities.

Our Values

We put our clients at the heart of everything we do. By listening closely and tailoring our approach to their unique mission, we ensure that every recommendation is relevant, practical, and aligned with their goals.

Our larger goal is to contribute to a global ecosystem of social impact organisations working towards a brighter future. Therefore, we specialise in helping already established or new NGOs that care about the world around us.

Our student consultants provide well-researched advice free of charge. In exchange, we ask clients to collaborate as equals by sharing their insights and experiences from the field. This exchange allows our curious, motivated students to learn and grow while delivering real value to our clients.

    NGO DEI

    NGO DEI is an arts and culture organization rooted in the Hong Kong pro-democracy movement, now based in Europe. Using artistic expression to champion freedom and global solidarity, they have produced over 100 events in three years and supported more than 80 Ukrainian migrants in settling across Europe. From Prague to The Hague, they curate exhibitions, talks, and cultural programs—often tied to major global events—amplifying marginalized voices and fostering cross-cultural dialogue through art.

    IT'S UP TO US

    This non-profit organization unites the wisdom of experienced retirees with the energy and ambition of young climate entrepreneurs to address the climate crisis collaboratively. Through a global climate-transition plan powered by existing technologies, they aim to secure an urgent “fossil-fuel-free breathing space” by 2050, by leveraging the Pareto (80/20) principle to focus efforts on projects with maximum climate impact. Retirees act as advisors, “the Board you can’t afford”, mentoring and supporting younger activists to bring transformative climate solutions to life.
